Description

The treatment of esthetic areas has received a great deal of attention since the turn of the century. The constant search for a natural, harmonious, and pleasant smile clearly reflects the fact that there are more-demanding and better-informed patients. An accurate knowledge of facial topography and the dynamics of how the patient performs their basic oral functions – such as speaking, swallowing, and chewing – is essential and must form the basis of any analysis of intraoral aspects. Several groups around the world have developed laboratory and clinical protocols in order to predict, with a high degree of accuracy, what the result of treatment will be for the patient (i.e. for completely edentulous patients or those who will receive porcelain-cemented restorations on natural teeth). The presentation discusses strategies of how to relate appropriately facial and intraoral aspects. https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_wQ7bUqBqQI6v8oCcbImBuQ
