4.      Para-neoplastic sensory neuropathy

5.      Neuropathy with renal failure

6.      HIV related neuropathy

7.      Vitamin B6 Toxicity [Pyridoxal-5-phosphate; a co-enzyme in GABA synthesis is beneficial in low levels, however, prolonged use of Vitamin B complexes results in Pyridoxal-5-phosphate accumulation leading to neuro-toxicity and resulting in more neuropathic pain. Avoid using B-Complex supplementation for longer than three to six months.
