Case-Specific Objectives Case 1: JMN, 75-year-old Male Assess dual colorectal lesions: Anorectal and splenic flexure tumors with differing histological grades. Interpret imaging findings: CT, MRI, and PET scans showing local and nodal involvement. Determine staging and treatment intent: Stage cT3N1Mx with possible adrenal metastases. Discuss curative vs palliative treatment approach. Plan treatment sequence: Neoadjuvant therapy, surgical options, and follow-up. Case 2: NWK, 43-year-old Female Review post-treatment progression: History of APR, chemotherapy, and recent imaging showing a large pelvic mass. Address complications: Hydronephrosis, nephrostomy issues, DVT, AKI, and infection. Determine next steps: Need for biopsy of pelvic mass to guide further management.
