HR policies are important because they help regulate the relationship between an organization and its employees. HR policies in Kenya cover a range of topics including, equality and non-discrimination, Recruitment and onboarding, performance evaluation, leave, compensations, code of conducts, grievance handling and termination of employment as well as contract renewal. It is important to get a feedback from the employees during rollouts of new policies by an organization.
