MDT discussion for a case of prostate cancer

Description

A case summary as below: presented to the tumour board 80's old underweight subsistence farmer was dx with high risk MHNPCa 1 year ago and has been compliant on medical ADT and biphoshonates. • No chronic illnesses or organ system failure though has been admitted twice for UTI & anemia then low bps on abirapro in course of current illness. All resolved. • Has developed castrate resistance for which abirapro has been reinstituted. Current PSMA PET = High burden disease with no visceral metastases. • Currently complaining of generalized body pain at rest and vomiting + poor appetite + weight loss since abirapro. Weight is 44kg & ECOG 2 and vomiting has been controlled with ondansetron
