The target for this course will be individuals involved in clinical research, teaching clinical subjects and any clinicians interested in expanding their knowledge on dealing with ethical dilemmas in practice.The training will involve presentations and interactive discussions led by a team of both local and international faculty.

  1. Prof. Aamir Jafarey
    Prof. Jafarey joined the Centre of Biomedical Ethics and Culture at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation in Karachi-Pakistan, at its inception in October 2004 after training in bioethics as a Fogarty Fellow in the Department of Population and International Health, Harvard School of Public Health.

  2. Prof. Elizabeth Bukusi
    Prof. Bukusi (ObGyn), MPH, PhD, PGD (Research Ethics), Masters in Bioethics, Fellow of the African Academy of Sciences, earned her general medical degree and Masters in Obstetrics and Gynecology degree from the University of Nairobi.
