The 13th Annual Scientific Congress of the Critical Care Society of Kenya (CCSK) brings together clinicians, researchers, educators, policymakers, innovators, and industry leaders committed to advancing critical care across resource-diverse environments. This year’s theme, Frugal Innovation, highlights a defining truth of healthcare in our region: excellence isn't determined by resource abundance; it's driven by clear thinking, scientific rigor, and creative problem-solving. In settings where constraints are real, innovation must be deliberate, evidence-based, and locally grounded — yet globally relevant.
Objectives
The 13th CCSK Annual Scientific Conference aims to:
-Strengthen expertise in advanced resuscitation and organ support
-Explore the Digital ICU, including data science, artificial intelligence, and clinical analytics
-Update best practices in trauma, transfusion, and coagulopathy -Advance knowledge in pediatric and neonatal critical care
