World Patient Safety Day symposium was conducted with a focus on improving diagnosis for patient safety, using the slogan “Get it right, make it safe!”. The symposium was organized for patients, families, health workers, health care leaders, policy makers and civil society with emphasis on the pivotal role of correct and timely diagnosis in improving patient safety.
