Description
This webinar will explore the CKM framework with a focus on early identification, risk stratification, and evidence-based interventions aimed at preventing disease progression and promoting reversal where possible. Emphasis will be placed on lifestyle modification, pharmacologic therapies, and multidisciplinary care models that improve outcomes across the CKM spectrum.
Objectives
Define Cardiovascular–Kidney–Metabolic (CKM) syndrome and describe its clinical significance
Explain the pathophysiological links between cardiovascular disease, kidney dysfunction, and metabolic disorders
Recognize early markers and stages of CKM progression
Apply strategies for prevention of disease progression across the CKM continuum
Discuss evidence-based approaches for risk reduction, including lifestyle and pharmacological interventions
Identify opportunities for reversal or stabilization of CKM-related conditions
Strengthen multidisciplinary approaches to integrated cardiometabolic care
