1. Mrs Jessica Kilonzo
   Jessica Kilonzo is the Executive Director of Steps Ahead Consulting, with over 20yrs experience in organizational development and training. Jessica is passionate about strategic thinking and planning, facilitating learning and integrated team growth, implementing organizational change, and supporting the development of effective processes, systems, programs, and learning initiatives. Her approach is to work as a thought partner with leaders and teams, to identify growth opportunities while eliminating barriers to success. Through Steps Ahead, Jessica has partnered with KEHPCA (Kenya Hospices and Palliative Care Association) on their 1st and 2nd strategic plans and documented institutional policies and procedures to strengthen the organization for posterity. She also advocates for cancer care in Kenya and globally through organizational learning initiatives.
